Founded in 1790, Harveys is the oldest independent brewery in Sussex. It is still owned and run by the descendents of founder John Harvey.

Our award winning Sussex Best Bitter and Seasonal ales are renowned throughout the Southeast. Our beers are produced using only the finest whole hops, Maris Otter malted barley, spring water drawn from our own well and a yeast strain which has remained unchanged in the brewery for over half a century.
